576,000 hatching eggs were exported from Vologda Region to Kuwait.

According to North-West Interregional Directorate of Rosselkhoznadzor , two batches of 288,000 hatching eggs were exported to Kuwait from one of the poultry farms in the Vologda Region.
One more batch was sent to Kuwait (Southwest Asia) on April 30. All in all, 576,000 hatching eggs will be delivered there in transit through Azerbaijan, Iran and Iraq.
Hatching eggs are actively traded globally. But In 2025, hatching eggs from the Vologda Region were not exported.
The Vologda Region exports hatching eggs according to veterinary health certificate for export of hatching eggs of poultry. Obtaining hatching eggs from a farm free of bird diseases is the most crucial step for a successful, healthy hatch and reducing the risk of introducing pathogens into a flock.
