St. George's Ribbon Campaign dedicated to Victory Day has kicked off in Vologda Region.

St. George Ribbon campaign to distribute black-and-orange ribbons - a symbol of the victory in World War II – will start in Vologda on April 22nd and last till May 9th.

A Chinese traditional culture museum is to open in Vologda, Russia, while a Vologda Region museum will simultaneously open in Xi'an, China, both scheduled for June 10, 2026.

The opening of the museum will be part of a large cultural exchange plan implemented by the Vologda Region Government as part of a comprehensive strategic partnership agreement with Shaanxi Province of the People's Republic of China.

Victory Dictation campaign to be held at Vologda Region Research Library on April 24.
